At The Hives, we’ve been redefining corporate stays since 2007—offering fully furnished serviced apartments designed exclusively for business travelers. What started with just 7 rooms and 3 esteemed clients—Shapoorji & Pallonji, Chrysler Motors, and Rane Group of Industries—has grown into a trusted accommodation partner for more than 45 corporate clients across Chennai.
With a clear vision to offer a “Home Away from Home” experience, we’ve scaled our operations to 70 fully equipped units, all tailored to meet the evolving needs and budgets of our corporate clientele. From budget-friendly guest rooms to premium apartments, our offerings are crafted to deliver comfort, consistency, and a sense of belonging—without compromise.
Milestones & Achievements
2007 – Launched our first serviced apartment operations in Chennai.
2009 – Officially began operations as a guest house and serviced apartment provider.
2010 – Registered as a proprietorship firm with 7 units and a growing client base.
2010–2020 – Built long-standing partnerships with top industry players and expanded our footprint to 70 units.
2024 – Initiated expansion with a new facility in OMR, Perungudi, to accommodate rising demand.
Our prime location in OMR places us just 500 meters from key landmarks, including Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Apollo Hospital Perungudi, DLF Downtown, CapitalLand, RMZ Millenia 1 & 2, Global Infocity and Brigade World Trade Centre.
